Please guys, I just bought my RN5 but I've received an update for MIUI10. Is it safe to update? Do have to do anything first before updating? Please help because I'm still a novice in this Xiaomi and update thing.

Not all about copying, remember the MI mix? They were the first to attempt a bezelless design. As much as moving parts are not ideal in a phone, they said the slider has a life expectancy of 300,000 cycles. 50*365 is still 18250.

We still dey complain about motor and friction which on the long run would damage the device, most users use their face id all the time, if this ish slides like 50 times a day, I doubt if the sliding motor will survive a year, somethings are not meant to be copied na

That motor sliding mechanism has been simulated thousands of times to check for durability before releasing the product?
I don't care for it coz of the size but it's something worth copying imo.

Once item is shipped, initial payment of 2k is non refundable because it's the 2k thsts used to pay for the shipping of the item to buyer's location.

They stated that it has a lifespan of over 300,000 slides. All tech reviewers have rated it nice and xiaomi said you can make the slide-slidey a thing by playing with it. It uses a neodymium permanent magnets to make the sliding screen more reliable and functional unlike other phones with such spec in d marker.

It comes pre loaded with Google apps. No screen guard or ear piece inside the box sir.
Standard package is phone, charger, and sim ejector pin.
Xiaomi does not include these accessories in their standard packaging. Thanks.

I just need a pure Dark theme that will support Chinese Dev Rom miui10,
have seen many on Xiaomi page but not use able till now due to not support of third party theme
