Emails between Lotana Igwe/sugabelly and Mustapha Audu.

Once you read the emails it becomes glaring that this was never rape but a one sided love affair between a naive,foolishly infatuated teenager who loved sex and an experienced manipulator.
Audu used Lotana like his sex slave and occasionally p1mped her out to his friends and brothers.
I believe it went southward for Lotana when Audu ditched her and married someone else. That is when Lotana started crying rape.

Stop getting defensive, I have read the case file and there is no guilty verdict there. Notice I never said the guy was innocent, I'm just saying there are other reasons for dropping a defamation case besides being guilty. I'm also based in the U.S so I'm well aware of cases being available to the public.

What do you think Mustapha n co. reason's are for dropping the case?

My conclusion from Sugabelly blogposts.
Sugabelly was not physically attacked for sex by Mustapha Audu. She was probably pressurized for sex.
Mustapha Audu and his family and friends treated Sugabelly as a slut/hoe/cheerful-giver
In her (Sugabelly) posts, you could sense she liked sex a lot. I liked her for her honesty.
Sugabelly was probably young and naïve to understand what Audu and others thought of her.
Sugabelly probably wanted to marry Audu because he was rich. Audu saw her as a slut/hoe/cheerful giver.
Sugabelly fought back when she realized she was used and dumped.
She was a brilliant girl (She attended Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja). She was also very beautiful in her teenage years. Her pictures when she was younger were very beautiful.
Sugabelly probably suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of her experience with Mustapha Audu and his friends and family members.

In this case I blame the girls mother,she gave her too much freedom. What kind of mother allows a 17 year old kid to enjoy a midnight curfew. What kind of mother allows her 17 year old daughter to cavort all over the place with 25 year old men.
This is a classic example of bad parenthood, she was probably happy and overjoyed in the typical Nigerian way that her daughter was dating a governors son and as such threw caution to the wind.
Rape is bad and I condemn it totally but it is equally our duty as parents to protect our children so that they are not exposed to the dangers of the world.
If the mother's head was screwed on her neck properly she should have provided a chaperone for her daughter. Now look at what has happened.

It is not only you. The majority of male comments glorify the actions of Mustafa. This is the major reason why victims of rape and domestic violence do not speak up. The blame and negative feedback can kill faster than the rape itself. Sugabelly is a brave woman and I applaud her.

There could be numerous reasons, one could be the metoo movement in the U.S. Any case regarding women abuse or women in general is likely to favor the woman right now in the U.S. Another possible reason is that he is also facing another case for fraud, it gets difficult trying to juggle both cases. There are many many possibilities including reputational damage or the possibility that he might actually be guilty, we will never truly know I guess

Come out where, on Social Media or in court?

Since they have gone to court with it already, you are just looking for a Gist!!!

Obviously they have both submitted all evidence to the Court/lawyers and his was found inadequate, hence his withdrawal.

If he had it, i doubt anything in this earth or heaven would have stopped him from clearing his Title as Rapist, would you stop?

We assume he spent about 70,000 US dollars and showed all the evidence he and his wife claimed they had to prove she was lying against him, so what happened to clearing his Good name, why is it now Sugabelly that must provide more evidence for us to beleive her side of the story?

If the incidence had happened in the US, im sure he would be charged for the Criminal offence, but as it happened in nigeria, im not sure the US court has jurisidction and if the police there can even institute a criminal proceeding against him, or if the statute of limitation has expired.

One thing i do know is that he can never bring a case against her for defamation based on this same facts, so yes she won on that front and you should be sorry for yourself if you stand with him for withdrawing a case to clear his name!
