What are the pros&cons of note 5 global rom and global version.

Is mainly based on choice. Global version has band 20 LTE for smile ng network and partly for MTN 4g.

Global rom doesn't have band 20 LTE and can't work on smile 4g network. Both global version and global rom can work on MTN, airtel and 9mobile 4g network while none of them will work on glo 4g.

If you must use smile 4g, buy global version. If you don't need to use smile 4g, buy global rom.

BTW.. Xiaomi has mad features o.. I watched a YouTube hands on video. I almost cry for myself. I am getting one next month. I need to have the xiaomi experience. I used Samsung s8, trust me.. Na only camera the phone take beat redmi note 5.Xiaomi has an inbuilt call recorder, better smart gestures, nifty security features.. Even the feature of scheduling text messages is mad!! Na God go help me and phones sha, that's the only thing that eats my money. No joke, that redmi note 5 has higher features than the gionee m6 i got for above 100k. The redmi note 5 is a steal. Na after i watch you tube hands on video i come understand how this came to be the thread with the highest views on nairaland!
