I have a whole bunch of stuff with IBL and IBL functions as the body who uses his good office to ehnance a smooth delivery to buyers here, he's not gonna tear up the package to take out what was addressed to me and send back to U.S.

Lionlee doesn't own those phones anymore, just the same way I can decide to sell that phone to anyone here before it even got to Nigeria and the buyer would make payments to me and not him..
For those saying I didn't run a check, all phones were turned off and I checked. What happened and how the issue of locked phone came up, I really don't understand, Dont twist it up, Lionlee knows he was at fault and he accepted it please...... So please ask and don't just conclude based on assumption.

This issue is very simple and clear.

Please noting like good heart here, Lionlee does not own those phone with IBL, also I do not own the the own the iPhone 8 with him. Those stuffs with IBL has my name on it, addressed to me and I have fully paid for it. Samuel on his own chose to buy the phone because he trusted the seller in his own mind, he made this decision himself upon realizing the phone was different from what I asked him to pick but just like he said, he trusted the seller Coz they appear cool and also Nigerians.
As far as this issues is concerned, it's not difficult to see that the issue of iPhone 8 was closed immediately Samuel bought the phone for 250.
This isn't about just money, for those saying same can't take loss, am i suppose to pay for his mistakes with my integrity, time and money ?

I checked all phone and I told him the condition of all phones, why didn't you tell him he could have messaged me to tell me one of the 4 phones has issues and ask if we should just negotiate and pick 3 he met well ? Worst case, abort the mission and safe stress... I have paid Mikky for mission about before, more than the cost of the pick up involved in this case.

lionlee can still give you waiver on shipping and fuel as compensation for the fallout of this deal. the way this deal currently stands, if you take the phones, lionlee loses,
if he returns the phones, he still loses, and you don't really care?

I'm sure if LionLee had told the family that the remaining phones were sent down to Nigeria, they would not talk about returning all phones. Like I always say going to police station is not a crime, it's just a place to resolve an issue especially in this case. To me I don't think there's anything to be scared of since you're a PR holder, and you've reported at the police station, let the police know that you've sent the other phones to Nigeria and I'm sure they'll resolve the issue of iPhone of the locked iPhone8 cos that's the major bone of contention, the only loss here might just be $50 since the woman said they value the phone at $200

Did you run a check on all Imeis before sending for pick up? Cause if you had done so you'd have saved yourself all this stress in the first place.

Tbf Ope is only angry because Lionel decided to pull a power move on him after 2 weeks. This should have been settled amicably without anyone trying to pull any form of authority.

This could have been resolved easily by delaying the shipping until everything was resolved. The 2 weeks wait is probably what is annoying Ope the most.
