I've been unsuccessful trying to pay for WES. There are 3 options: Credit Card, Western Union & Cheque or Money Order.
I tried using my naira mastercard on Credit Card option - No Way, I've tried Firstbank, Sterling (Mastercard) & Diamond Visa Cards.
I tried the western union route got to the bank and i was told i have to open a DOM account to make the payment.
Money Order option has to come from inside canada, I think.

Has anyone successfully made this payment in the past? How did you go about it?

How do I write and LOE to explain a time period while I was working in Lagos but was also doing masters in Ibadan. The masters period was for two years I was Informed I need to explain it in an LOE that I was still working while I was schooling because I used the work as my NOC to claim points.

I think MSc alone is fine. I evaluated my MSc from the UK too and it took about 7weeks from start to finish (5th September to 29th October). My Spouse MSc was from University of Ibadan, and it'll be ready by 14th November (WAEC and transcript verification added two weeks to the timeline - I had to work with an insider in both organisations to get the verification done faster)

I think other credential evaluation services are faster than WES. Thats the impression I get by following this thread.

IELTS TRF should be placed in the Academic/Educational section. Don't forget to include your ECA report and degree certificates. You should merge all these documents into one PDF file and upload.

Can one scan the certs in black and white PDF (grey scale) or must they all be in colour PDF?

Truth be told I'd always been deceiving myself since as far back as 2013 that I couldn't raise the POF required and used that as an excuse to shelve the plans. Until I took this thread serious and also discovered that as I aged my CRS also decreased.

Ans no it must not be in your account pre ITA. And yes you can start looking for it post ITA.
PS: You have 60days to submit your application once you get ITA. So if you are sure u can get the POF within that time

Otherwise, make plans for the POF, be sure it will come before you enter the pool. ITA is a sure thing once your CRS score is above the cut off ...

Coloured...Scan and upload the doc just the way it looks originally....the clearer the better....but not above 4mb.....so you can upload.

Ensure you activate your Debit card for internet banking, make sure it's MasterCard or Visa card. Verve card may not work.
I paid using stanbic debit card and ecobank for another person's. Ecobank exchange rate is better though.

Chai, this sounds quite discouraging for someone like me who's just starting this process of transcript request (MBA). Heard there has been epileptic operations due to students' protest since the announcement of school fees hike. A friend that has been successful in this regard got it in not less than 3months with mad pressure and follow up by a top academic staff of the school. Lautech Naija we hail thee. Las las, it'll end in praise. Eyes on the ball!

Basically, you apply for jobs through any designated employer. If employed, you apply for PR.

Is it about the date you became qualified to practice in the NOC? If so, your B.Sc date is the date.

Try GTB or UBA debit card.
Ensure your account balance is more than the naira equivalence of CAD payment.

I want to use it for my spouse's ECA. How long did it take to get the package delivered to you and did you include your phone number in your address, to make it easy to be reached? I need urgent help with this please.

Tell their Alma mater to use their official email address or you pay for courier. Standard mail may not work for you because of post office workers' strike in Canada.

I used standard postage for a document from Canada before but not ices.
Use your address (home or office) and include your phone number. Visit the NIPOST office covering your address after two weeks after you have confirmation that its been sent. Takes about two weeks to arrive Lagos Nigeria.
