The differences between the models that share the same Platforms are mainly the styling or outward designs like the headlights, tail lights,front and rear designs. They may also have the same or different engines and drivetrains. All of u saying u don't understand anything, what is so difficult here to understand. OK let's go back to pre- Nursery. Before a car is built/ manufactured. Engineers will first fabricate a metal frame(its like the skeleton in your body) This metal skeleton in cars is called platform or chassis. This car skeleton is sometimes shared by different cars from different auto makers or shared by different models of the same auto manufacturer. This is done to save cost. What is happening in the motor industry is what is happening in phone industry too imagine infinix using sd435 to produce phone for us in 2018 while the defunct Galaxy s4 comes with sd600 and Tecno giving us same product with different casing,iPhone is also not left out what is the difference between X and xmax or is new year dey call it I don't know for sure them....
