She has been my guardian since secondary school level but was made a legal guardian this month

If you are an ECO, and an application comes to your desk.
You see a grown up, above 18 years who only got ‘adopted ‘ by a legal guardian a few weeks before visa application.
Would you grant a visa to such a one?

Any ECO would conclude ( albeit correctly) that it’s an ‘arrangee’ adoption.

Why can’t your legal guardian simply wire all the required funds to account for 30 days and stop potential “stories that touch”?

You are still not getting me right sir. I didnt mention any adoption. The UKVI specified EITHER of 3 documents to show in which letter of adoption is one. I didnt go with any adoption method just a court document to show that she is my legal guardian and she will be responsible for my accommodation and living expenses during my period of studies. My parents also wrote a consent letter to that effect.

The CAS team of my school before issuing my CAS. Needless to say is that the condition for issuing CAS is after the full tuition payment is made.

Pls, dont cherrypick what areas of the Tier 4 guidelines that you're comfortable with.
The section you quoted is only applicable to 16-17 year olds so if you're above 18 as you obviously are, it doesn't apply to you and your application has a very, very high probability of being refused.
If you read carefully, what you quoted also requires parental consent for living with a guardian or even travelling at all and the parental consent to travel or make living arrangements doesn't apply once you're 18 and above. The rules pertaining to T4 child student visa starts from page 62, bullet point 234 and ends on page 73, bullet point 298
Maintenance requirements for Tier 4 general students (18 and above) starts from page 52, bullet point 177 to Page 61, section VI of bullet point 230.


Note: No one can ever reduce your maintenance fees as long as it's not been reduced in the T4 rules. This can get your application refused by UKVI.
If you're above 18, the court documents certifying the guardianship by your guardian must have been made at a point when you were within the legal age limits. If it's coming few months/weeks before submitting your application, you're in for a very tough experience so why not ask your guardian to open an account which bears your name but which you can't withdraw from without her consent if she/he doesn't trust you enough to put the money in your account.
Further Note: Guardians are typically used in three situations: guardianship for an incapacitated senior (due to old age or infirmity), guardianship for a minor (due to death of parents or incapacitation of parents to care for their child(ren), and guardianship for developmentally disabled adults. Legally, guardianship ends when a child attains the age of 18 or when a court terminates it (in peculiar situations).

If you will be in the UK for 6 months and above (which includes Tier 4 applicants), a TB test is compulsory and MUST be done at IOM.

The Rule says 20 hours.
If you work more than 20 hours, you are breaking the Rule.
If you break Tiles, it’s a crime.
If you commit a crime, you are Criminal.

If you are a Criminal, the Law will deal with you.
You could be packaged and sent back home, no degree. And don’t think anyone will refund any fees you have paid.

well your past refusals once well documented does not affect your chances of getting your new visa once you ensure you indicate the number of times you have been rejected and if you qualify for this they will give you.

Despite the fact that i have previously travelled to the US on more than 4 occassions, i got refused a canada study visa like 3 to 4 times and UK visiting VISA 2 times, however this year my wife and our 2 kids just moved to the UK on a tier 2 visa.

Of course i the Husband and our 2 sons are the dependent. so with God grace and due diligence on our part this thing works.

I have received 2 refusals in the past (UK visit visa 2015), (Canada study visa 2016) consequent to profound lack of diligence, but seek to apply for a UK tier 4 visa of which i have concluded my 28 days and completed but not submitted my visa application.

1) Will this history affect the consideration of my current application? I have surplus funds in the account (outstanding tuition/maintainance and small change).

2) "When" i get the visa, what is the most effective and money-saving means of funds transfer to and from UK since i have heard Western union is a rip off?

It’s a value added services.
You will fill all the forms as necessary.
Book an appointment on the TLS website.

Then you decide whether or not you want to ‘purchase’ the added service. It’s done via the TLS gateway.

Yes. You should be worried.
The money is not complete.
A ‘rule of thumb’ is to always have more, rather than less.
Besides, given the naira fluctuations, you should have had at least 200,000 naira above the required funds, just to be sure.
