I do not have a skin care routine, and just like you, I'm actively searching for one. I'm naturally fair skinned, so I've got to be careful with everything I put on my skin. A friend recommended a Potato,Onion and Lemon juice routine but I've been scared to use it. I hope people respond to the thread and drop real life suggestions and testimonies that some of us canuse.

There was one i used once to clear the pimples from my teen years.
It worked but it didn't finish the job.
I went to a dermatologist and he recommended a cream for me.
I've been using that cream ever since.

For those with oily faces,crush water leaf and rub it on your face before going to bed.Repeat thesame steps for 1week and you'll notice how your face will become less oily

Well I made something for exfoliation last week and it works perfectly well I got #200 black soap #100 lemon(2) Olive oil powder milk

@id4sho Wear hats that cover your face when outdoors inorder to protect it from the suns' rays

Aloe Vera Gel, Lemon Juice and Coconut Oil for a glowing face. Rub overnight and wash in the morning.

I've heard a few things about bitter leaf.. Squeezing it and rubbing the lather on the face.. Anyone tried that before?

1) Cold showers and use Dudu Osun for soap
2) Apply but not cake ori (shea butter) to skin
3) Unless it is freshly made juice (or the odd malt if i'm out, no alcohol or fizzy drinks or carton juices), only drink water
4) Watch sugar intake

Add all this to living in Africa with her sun which blesses the land, this is the perfect skin care routine.

Dudu Osun is also good for (Natural) Hair. That's what I use to wash my locs.

Shea butter, honey, lemon, turmeric, egg whites, these items are very good for the skin and all natural.

A mixture of honey and turmeric does wonders. But skin care depends mostly on the type of skin a person has, what works for one person may not work for others.

Shea butter darkens some people, I hear coconut oil has a similar effect too.

Turmeric and honey has anti inflammatory properties
Lemon is a natural skin brightener but dries out the skin, dont use too often.
Aloe vera is cool, doesnt work for everyone tho
Shea butter and coconut oil are good but there are better butters and oils.
Eat healthy for a beautiful and glowing skin.

Story story oooooooo. The thing is I battled acne with enough oil to fry dodo on my face almost all my life since I was a teenager( I am in my late 20s now)
I resulted to trying all sort of over the counter products, visits upon visits to dermatologist and lots of unheard things(like washing the face with early morning urine �) with little to no result in most cases.
However, the fear of cancer was the beginning of wisdom for me, ( I lost a dear one to it) with little known cause of this disease, I just can’t but be careful and soft pedal.
I jejely reconnect with nature by opting for safe natural alternatives, like honey and camwood mask, African black soap, papaya, turmeric and milk, aloe Vera etc etc. I also made sure I patronized only certified natural Skincare formulators not mixologist and with patience and consistency, the result has been tremendous.

Natural products works wonder, just ensure you stick to the right one for you, as skin differs. Me personally I use lemon honey sugar scrub to exfoliate. I use my Diy organic lotion with my body talking oil at night, it gives me that glow

On the shelf creams/lotions are no longer as effective... You can make your own scrubs, lotion and cream... Mind you, it doesn't bleach, it is purely organic... Your skin should glow at least and not be dull wether black or fair...
Do u have uneven skin tone? Exfoliate
Do u have dry skin? Moisturize
Do u have acne/pimples? Get an acne or face organic cream
Do u have dull skin? Take vitamin Supplements and drink lots of water
