I think it's because you've been issued with a call up number and they're trying to let you know that you're not in the current stream which is stream 1.

Dunno. You gotta wait, they tend to delay foreign graduates like we committed some kinda crime. I got my call up number cause I registered with stream 1 (October but it only came up on the day camp opened.. Bs tbh.. So just wait
