Honestly wouldn't advise anyone to get phones like mi 8 SE or mi 6x unless they are sure of getting the sealed Chinese version. What most of these sellers sell on Alixpress are ones with fake/shop roms. Good luck Sha.

Using this analogy, as you use the phone while charging, the more the apps draw battery power to itself the slower it takes for it to charge.

Its just been one delay to another, from seller now to DHL. I dunno what to do anymore. They want to do physical examination on my parcel? Seller declared it as $41, actual price is above $200. I'm afraid I might be asked to pay custom duties. I used my savings to buy this phone(mi6x).

It's very possible that the phone will not charge or may even die on you while playing the game, but will definitely charge when switched off.

This is basic physics and its surprising coming from a tech reviewer that it's a myth

Don't get yourself worked up over nothing. It's normal for all goods shipped by DHL to pass through customs... That doesn't mean you'll be charged.

Funny all items I have ever shipped through DHL to Nigeria passed through custom and I have never been charged.. Even when I got a notebook from gearbest. All were delivered free.

But if you're receiving international shipments via DHL outside Nigeria, it's almost 100% certain you'll be charged in those other countries. Guess it's cos they have working system and tax laws

Some stuffs are just too basic to be searching for proof online.

It's like searching for a proof that if you throw an object up on earth without any external obstruction, it will fall back to the ground.

Almost same principle applies to rechargeable lamps, inverters when charging batteries etc

A load on the battery will always reduce the charging rate especially if there is no pass through system incorporated.

Anyways, it's good you want to test it. But you should have done the test first before calling it a myth.
