Hello my people... I just received a letter from my boss notifying me that my service will no longer be needed effective November ending. I teach in a private school here in Lagos. His reason was the school is trying to cut down cost by laying off degree holders and going for nce, diploma and SSCE holders. Even though the name pay is meager, I'm not yet ready to resign. If you're good at what you do, you can even get better pay by working as a private home tutor and also teaching at tutorial centres. Plus, you get to manage your work schedule. Lol... To think even you have limited your potential. And trust me, you are more of a pest to that school than an asset. If a school owner feels paying you 25k monthly is a waste of fund then I'd advice you leave and check yourself. Ndkings1:I am sorry about that. First, go through your appointment letter again and see if he strictly complied with the termination procedure. If he did, there is nothing you can do about it.
