An exam was sat for in Nigeria and you want Ghana to produce proof of candidature for you?

Perhaps we here in Nigeria should also have access to the data of those who sat for Waec in Ghana right? Do we have access to such data?

Ghana cannot give what it does not have and they have no records of buhari in their data base because he sat for it in Nigeria.

There is what is called record filing and when you do this, you ensure everything is compartmentalized and thus if you sat for waec in Ghana then request from Ghana but if you sat for it in Nigeria then do same from Nigeria.

The grading system applied for a current request would follow current grading methods which have been harmonized to bring forward those of yesteryears.

A lot of you do not think for yourselves yet you call those in the opposition zombies while in truth you are the true definition of zombies
