MTN Nigeria have been experiencing a dawntime for the past 7 hours now. Customers have been getting this error messages when they try accessing MTN services;

"Dear esteemed customer, service is temporarily unavailable. Sincere apologies for the inconveniences. Please try again later".

MTN Nigeria have taken to their Social media Handle apologizing over customers experience over their dawntimes.

According to a statement by MTN;

Dear Customer, We apologize for any difficulty you may be experiencing. Please bear with us while it's been resolved.

They are back this morning as I was able to subscribe for internet service.

It was frustration yday though.

Noticed in many services they rendered

* some sim cannot recharge easily

** some banks are unable to load subscriber dat subscribe for mtn recharge cards

** some data resellers cannot do transaction


As a matter of urgency mtn should share recharge cards.....we ar not taking sorry alone again

Glo speed is that of an injured snail

That glo browsing 3g abi 4g that normally disappear as if you were the one that switch off your data

Please can the money be reverted back to my account because up till now I have received the card I recharge from my account.. I did another one today and it was successful but the yesterday own, I'm yet to see it

And Glo is giving its customers the silent to treatment. Nonsense and poor network.
