I wrote the test and I had ample time to calculate my scores by separating the questions I was very sure of and those I wasn't. I do not know if merit would be used to select the next batch of successful candidates but I'm sure I'd score very high.

I have 2 questions and anyone with the answers can kindly provide it for us all.

1. What is the next stage and how long are we to wait?
2. Is it true that camp opens on 15th November?

Congrat to all those that wrote their test today. I have being reading through without commenting. Here's what i think:


1. There is a priority list and a merit list. Priority list: Exam or no exam, they already have their letters waiting for them. And merit list; a few from the exam and interview conducted will be used to dilute the other list. So, they are not accused of anything.


2. There is a high possibility that, the test was just a formality. How do i know? I got access to the master list (excel sheet) of recommended candidates for this exam. You will be surprised to know that, many of you who did'nt get the invite were actually recommended for the exam. Perharps, to cut cost of examination fee from FRSC to JAMB, they drastically reduced the number.


3. You have a solid contact on this? Next week is the perfect timing to follow up. Recommendations from a senior politician from your state to Federal Character can get you this job. Lists will keep emerging until the final list. Plus & Minus will continue to take place. It's beyoung even the FRSC as the list go through different vetting stages.

I have made my careful research, those whose names were on the list were mostly those sent the first mail earlier than anyone else. I know someone who got the screening mail in 6 places and his name was also on the list. The just concluded exam will eliminate those with scores lower than the needed cut off mark. Notwithstanding, those recommended also have a place in the list.

Now, I'm just wondering why all those that were posting that they were 100% sure that Officer Cadre would not write exams today and that FRSC officials assured them of this are suddenly quiet on this thread. I hope lessons have been learnt.

Bro people come on Nairaland and start sounding like the Director General or Corps Marshall of a particular institution even though they don't know shiiiiiit. The criteria for selecting the candidates for test was never stated but am very sure it was
1. Height
2. Heart beat rate (recorded on your medical fitness certificate)
3. Age
4. Specified number of candidate for each local government

It's painful not to be selected after running 2km in 15m
If you were not selected for the test, don't worry about it. People that were selected for the test wl still be trimmed down.
I hope we all get the best job that will sooth our struggles.

Some persons are consoling themselves with FUTILE HOPE, Get this at the back of your mind that 250,000 applied 15,000 wrote the exam and at the end about 4,600 would be recruited, I even read about someone talking about Master list? Lol..From where? it's a pity only ignorant people would believe this, that was how I said past questions are irrelevant but some persons thought otherwise and funny enough majority were not even shortlisted... Let me state this again FRSC recruitment is based on slot, godfatherism and also GOD'S grace... Do the needful now... TIME is running out

Noticed same too. There were like 20 females out of a total nunber of 166 candidates in my centre.

I guess its about height and all... Most of the ladies that did the physical screening were not that tall.

The funniest thing is the certainty with which people post. I mean statements like "I can authoritatively tell you that Officers Cadre won't be sitting for CBT bla bla bla...."....despite very clear indications. Well, most (NOT ALL) of the people that make such statements do so when they aren't lucky to be shortlisted. But that's not the end of life. And another thing that I believe is that the reason why SOME officers give false hopes to candidates might be because they must have promised such candidates or their families that they would help.
As for the criteria for not shortlisting a lot of people, one can't be entirely sure. But I believe that their are lots of people who met the requirements in the first stage. I mean people who have absolutely no issues with their credentials, met the height and age requirements, perfect certificate of medical fitness, and covered 2km in even less than 9 minutes, but still did not get shortlisted. The plain truth is that all qualified candidates CAN'T all be invited for CBT for a massive exercise such as this. The test was computer-based and the resources to conduct such will definitely be very limited. In my opinion, the real screening starts from the CBT, because that's the beginning of the real test of intelligence. Next is the drug test.
But people should move on, seriously. I mean those that didn't get invited for the CBT.
Let's keep wishing each other well.
Just like I stated in my last post, I'm wishing those who sat for the CBT the very best. My prayer is for God to favor them. When God say it's your time, then it is. Nothing can stop it.

Any reliable information on when we should be expecting the next phase of the recruitment, because i know the result from the CBT should be ready now.

Everybody should calm down and pray to his God.For officer cadre we need miracles to excel as only 400 officers will be taken.Each state may just be entitled to 10 spaces while some with 11 @12 spaces respectively.God help us.
