With the number of death that have occurred on that road,number of students that have been killed, its not only stupid ,its also annoying to call it a waste of funds .not less than 30 students have died on that road when I was in uniben .I have always wonder why a bridge could not been constructed considering number of people that run across the express every day.the last time I was in Benin I noticed a speed bumb on the express .it looks bizarre and dangerous for driver especially at night.so go and check the meaning of elephants projects. This is certainly not one.kudos to the government

Bros lie with caution na, haba. I spent 4 years in Uniben and it just a student that died during that interval. Mind you there was no speed bumps then. How did 30 now die during yours? How many years you spend for school?
