The fund so far sent to many public universities, how far has the university management( this include the vc's of public schools that were once ASUU members) utilized it to the fullness?. You need to visit schools to see abandoned projects or what some persons call elephant projects. When fees are increased in many public schools, do ASUU members agitate for reversal or reduction? Look at the case of Lautech, how many lecturers protester the hike in the fees by university management? yet you say they are fighting for students. Should the strike been call off, would these lecturers pity their students to impact knowledge or they just their own things. Do you realize that many students scheduled for defence ( postgraduate and undergraduate students) can"t because of this strike yet when it is called off the university management together with these lecturers will not pity their students. This strike will make some students spend extra year and may affect the service year. Haven't you wonder why these lecturers consistently embark on strike? Have you for once thought why they suddenly call off should certain allowances enters their account?. Don't be deceived because many of these lecturers are greedy and self centred
