Where do you think the companies that power all our betting companies here are located, from Nairabet to Bet9ja? Malta is the home of the gaming industry and if you have the necessary skills, they have a work visa program that will take you with open arms.

Interesting. Kindly shed more Light

The way una dey talk sometimes I weak o...

The OP wants a place to migrate to for long term in order to work, but I see comments here like "go to Netherlands", "go to Malta", "Go to Thailand" ... the question is; HOW?

The above mentioned countries do not have any migration program, so how do you want him to go? ... oh I see, you all want him to overstay a visit visa or ... no I get it, take a boat across the Mediterranean?

Dear OP,

If you are looking to Migrate, look for countries with such programs available for your plan.

I heard you stating you can teach English, that's great, but do your research about that area first;
e.g do you need an international teaching certificate like CELTA, TESOL or DELTA?
Do you need to learn a language of the area you intend to migrate to b4 going? Is the area you are going to Nigerian friendly-as you are a Nigerian passport holder?

For your information, unfortunately Nigerians have a very bad reputation in Thailand due to constant drug peddling, so for now please stay away from Thailand, otherwise you may be victimized unjustly due to that Negative stereotype -especially if you are Igbo... yes I said that! Thai authorities have a special division that speak igbo in a bid to crackdown drug rings in Bangkok.

Malta is a Mediterranean Island that is part of the
Schengen area, however because it is an Island country-there are no immigration programs, you can only happen to stay long in Malta as a student(universities in Malta cost an arm and a leg for tuition), an economic investor or if you have a valid Schengen residency. Malta really doesn't have much to offer it's exactly like Cyprus, more of a holiday area, the only catch with Malta is the Schengen effect it has which of course they use to generate revenue by selling their citizenship by investment in a bid to attract foreign investors from the rich gulf regions... so if you have minimal funds Malta is not your area.

Have you considered Argentina or Uruguay?
I thought as much ... you wouldn't know because you are stuck on the general notion which blocks you from personal research.

The Schengen areas have the same visa policy, and most of them have no long term migration policy except you marry one of them, however I advise you to look around South America or South Korea... research well and make a legal migration.

Good luck.

Argentina is a country that wiped out the black people from it history i don't know is they can relate black guys but sha you allow IRREGULAR immigrants one can get passport withing two years but you will won't have full nationality rights during your stay.

By the way you didn't talk about employment rate in Malta (which is high) considering they also speak English and they are black friendly

me I no advice Thailand o please na only s*x tourism and freelancing the place fit
Argentina have their history of racism, that's true, but they are very comfortable with immigration as compared to Europe.
The op stated he needed a place to migrate to and work for 10 years. The only Issue with Argentina is language as they have a very unique version of Spanish, if that barrier is broken- there is an unending number of opportunities for an economic migrant. By the way if you have Argentina's passport which is on the easy side to get, did you know one has Schengen Access?

Malta may speak English, have a high employment rate, but it's "only" for their citizens, or more yet "EU" resident's.
It is easier for a Camel to pass through a needles eye than for a non EEA nationale to get a job in Malta esp from his country.
In fact Island countries have a way of acting with employment regardless of employment statistics, they only reserve certain blue collar jobs for non nationals, but there is already a reservoir of immigrants that crossed the Mediterranean via boats who wait for such reserves.
Just to let you know, the Era of immigration for greener pastures to Europe is over in general, as the whole EU is clamping down and frowns on immigration due to the excess number of Syrians and Africans scattered all over Europe (we have Merkel to thank for that), so Europe is not favorable to any sort of legal immigration except you choose to overstay a visit visa illegally of which is just absolutely stupid to do.
One can only work in Malta as a student or if you already have an EU residency(but if one has an EU residency, why look for work in Malta of all places?)

The only places in the world that have ease in immigration acceptance are some south American countries or as difficult as their process is maybe Canada, however I feel this Canada's door will soon close, because hen... make I no talk that one.

My genuine recommendation would be: Research the country that suites your present circumstances.
Some countries are great for those in Financial Industry
Some countries are great for those in Legal and paralegal service

No problem bro,
Just know that as far as Europe is concerned;

1- if you do not have strong family ties to an EU citizen I.e father or mother(even siblings don't cut it these days)
2-if you aren't going there for studies(this option is even very limited, because in most EU countries as soon as you finish your program, you are usually ushered out)
3-if your spouse isn't European....
Then no way.
Forget about what people say, There's no way you can immigrate to any European country to live and work... I repeat No other way- currently, the EU is blocked to immigration... ask any body.

Like I said explore South America for opportunities, Costa-Rica is not a bad destination as well, but do your research, see what fits your plan and what you can do.
In addition I could give you some pointers,

depending on your funds, you could try South Korea; apply to a language school/institute, get accepted, visit Korea and see how well you learn Korean, if you get a good hold of Korean language, then there are opportunities that pay well as regards to your profession, otherwise there are industrial blue collar jobs in factories or the manufacturing sector that you could run while as a student. If you are a good budget planner, then you could have some useful savings.

I would have said Turkey, but... I have my reasons about always telling people to think seriously again about Turkey before choosing, however if you can brave it, find a school in Turkey and apply for either a language program (TOMER) or a regular graduate program, obtain a visa and see what Turkey offers, take note; the hussling period in Turkey is always during the summer period which is usually from Jun-September. However with the current strength of the Turkish lira the most you can make a month is barely 500usd, of which you would spend part for upkeep, but the good side of Turkey is the low cost of living generally.

As for China, you have to be business savvy if you want to go to China for husslin, besides China is a society that is not politically correct, I.e you remain second class as long as you are black or African, so certain jobs that you could have easily done (like teaching English) wouldn't be available to you, I have seen Ukrainians with poor English proficiency teach English in China and get paid well, just because they are glowing white with blue eyes... lol! China for you... However if you are physically endowed, muscular, athletic and tall, it could work to your favour as the Chinese believe Blacks are physically gifted ... you could teach sports or physical education in China, so how do you go?
Simple, apply to a language institute in a 1st Tier city in China, get accepted and you could be on your way. However this is a capital intensive plan.

Have you also considered African countries?
Botswana, Namibia and Angola as regards to your profession?
Like I said, do your research, there could be something for you.

If you feel you have the endurance for an adventure that could be thrilling, stressful, expensive but eventful at the end... research about Fiji, it's a tiny Island in the Pacifics... you could end up in New Zealand depending on the outcome of the adventure, however because of how far these places are, there's a fine chance you may not return to Nigerian soil in a looooooooong while. Lol.

Lastly if people (especially agent's) recommend the gulf region for you I.e Dubai, Qatar, Oman... my brother "Jump and Pass"...

So far, these are the few suggestions I can pop to you, but please, do your research.

Best of luck.

Some of your writeup is false. Germany has a job seeker visa which will be converted to work visa if you get a job in Germany within a 6 month duration.

Requirement is just a degree holder

Bro,
Read what I wrote properly before commenting.
Firstly I was speaking about direct immigration like how you would go about a Canadian visa.

If anyone should enlighten you about the German visa program right now, it should be me.
Firstly, that Job seeker visa is mainly for those who graduated with "take note" ... A German Diploma, I.e you graduated from a German institution... or at least an EU institution. "Quote me anywhere and anytime about this"

There maybe some exceptions where your diploma is evaluated for equivalence assuming you schooled in the US, but asides that... there's a very slim chance of getting a job that would sponsor your work visa "if" you get the initial visa due to the fact that your diploma may not have the desired equivalence... that process is very complicated.
Which is why I stated in my earlier texts, only EU students have the advantage of being immigrants, however it is still limited.
Tell me What is false about what I said?
By the way Austria has a similar program but ... tell me how realistic are those requirements especially for Nigerian passport holder's?
Who do you know that directly immigrated to any EU country on a D visa, that wasn't
1-student
2-family reunion
3-spouse

? ?? ??
Take note I never wrote off the fact that a working visa can be gotten, but those are on extremely rare instances...
I.e you could work for a multinational company that could transfer you to the EU or you could get hired by a multinational company based in the EU... but these occasions are regarded as miracles worthy of testimonies, because such companies follow EU policies about not hiring foreigners except it is certain that "NO" EU citizen was available for the job.

I hope I have cleared your doubt.

Lol. You have not cleared it.
The German job seeker visa is open to all nationalities including those who schooled outside Germany. You may need to look it up again. In fact, it was amended of recent to give equal opportunity to citizens and foreigners towards getting jobs. It should be far easier than both Canada and Australian migration entries.

If people don't apply for it on nairaland or from Nigeria, it could be four major reasons
1. Lack of awareness or info about the visa

2. Affordability of the required blocked account for 6 months (about 4450 euros)

3. Jobs in demand mostly are in IT, Medical or Engineering fields.

4. Lack of German language is another hindrance

Now tell me;
How realistic are the requirements for the average person looking to immigrate for work?
Besides you left out the part where your diploma needs to be evaluated... if you can, look up the procedure and say for yourself if many diplomas would meet the standard.
Go ahead, take a look

I don't know of the diploma evaluation you are referring to.

Eligibility requirement is stated below
Hold a Bachelor of Master’s Degree from a German university or an equivalent foreign degree

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in your related field of study

Show proof that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay during the time you are in Germany

Have travel or medical insurance for your entire stay in Germany or until you get your Work Permit

If you checked all of the criteria, then you’re one step closer to getting your visa.
All info available here

I get your point bro, but the main issue lies with the diploma equivalence, it's not a simple procedure if you didn't school in Germany.
This is the first step,
https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/schulabschluesse-mit-hochschulzugang.html

After acquiring the H+ status, you may need to take the competence skills test, for certain professions.

Then lastly, having a B level German proficiency. (On paper this isn't required, but a B level result gives you points)

Migration has never be easy but its best for students as you said.
This particular visa is good for those who meet the eligibility criteria but is limited due to language barrier and type of jobs. I learnt that those without German language skills have a very poor success rate of 5% since most jobs (95%) are non-English jobs.

Now we have common ground... that migration to the EU is not an easy process, especially with all these bottlenecks.
It sounds easy and straight forward on paper, but practically, it's very complicated.

From all I can tell, the OP is not competitive. You are a banker in a 3rd world, teaches English and do marketing and sales. You haven't sold anything that will make our eyes pop out. Chill bro, you aren't competitive and that will decrease your chances of going to a better country.
I know you will think I'm harsh but Germany, and other Western countries are in shortage of high skilled jobs, for instance, data scientists.
Anyone is more likely to employ a South African as an English teacher compared to a Nigerian. That's because they feel their education is better than ours and that's true.
Now you have to up your game, go learn something that will cut you an edge. This might take years and energy but 3 years from now, you will have better chance of getting a good job in any country that you'd want. Think Data science , digital marketing since you said you are a sales person. The world is so open, you can be anything you want to be. If you put your time and effort in it.
I wish you well.

Good luck.

Mentioning Argentina get me scared. I mean you advising a black man to immigrate to Argentina?
