It's official now that Florida will have a recount on the Senate, Governorship and Agricultural Commisioner's elections because they are too close and several outstanding mail ballots still to be counted. That's according to Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner who oversees the elections in the Sunshine State.

There are currently about 24,000 outstanding Mail in Votes as well as Military Ballots in both Broward & Palm Beach County

Put it this way, You have a family and therefore you prioritise their interest above others, not because you hate other families but because you place more value on your Own family, that's the concept.
