Please I downloaded the fifa19, both the zip file apk and the obb file.
I have moved them simultaneously to my obb folder in Android SD card. Still the game isn't playing.

goto settings- SIM cards and mobile network settings- MTN (line you just upgraded to 4g) - preffered network type (2nd to the last on the page) - prefer LTE.
