Also what's the cost of Doing Bore-Hole also - Just in case one might be cheaper than the other. Don't worry, We already know Bore-Hole is cleaner than Wells.

We are planning to molding our own Blocks and water surely would be needed for that and other things.

Also it would be used to secure the land also

The land is still a site not yet Fenced hence for security reasons, we can't do Bore-Hole now except we are ready to be moving around with Pumping Machine & Generator whenever we are not around.

With a well, we can still use Pumping machine when we are ready to else continue fetching manually.
If Bore-Hole becomes important later, we can get that one also

I feel you. With more photos posted, it should be noted that initial plumbing work is also included in the budget. Poor soil structure is always a challenge and could be costly.
