pls explain further cos i once used microsoft activator but did not work too.

Please my system is giving me some issues, if I should reset it to factory settings will I still have some of my apps on it. Will it be reset the way phone does when restored back to factory settings. Which of the apps will I lost in the process.

1. The hard disk has shifted out of position or
2. The hard disk has gone bad.


Did you recently make any changes in the Setup?

No changes.I have checked the hard disk and its in shape.
If the hard disk is bad,is it possible to retrieve the informations i have on it?

My Hp G60-235DX laptop battery last for just 1hour,30minutes when fully charged before it reaches 0%.
