Mercon LV or Dexron VI is what he will use, not Dexron III.

Don't be all defensive, take more time to read and listen.

She can't admit that she is wrong.. She has this mentality that she plans to over take the mechanic industry... she has that aggressive mentality ...I just don't get at times ..but I will not knock her hustle at all ....
As a matter of fact I took my car to her about few weeks.. The service was good, just like in the states.. You get a print out copy of your problems... so it is ok ..it might be expensive to a few people.. But you can find your way around... I will break down the list of things that needed to be fix in my car.. And post it on forum.. Am just waiting for it to be delivered so that I can post it ...

The Dexron III is an ATF meant for older AT's, it is an automatic transmission Fluid, just like the WS or Mecron LV.


It is suitable for vehicles before 2002.


Infact, running a WS on a vehicle that is supposed to run Dexron III is one calling for trouble, expecially if the transmission has done over 150,000 miles.

It is important that one finds out what fluid is suitable for ones vehicle and stick with it. All this stuffs are in the manual, but which car owner sabi manual , they just trash the big book. And trust parts sellers to tell them, e go work, e go work. Oga na the same thing.
