(1) Please provide any proof that any bank refused to open a bank account for you because you are a citizen.

(2) You don't need an accountant to do your taxes. There is no such requirement and there are software available and even free online companies including the IRS to file your taxes.

(3) Please clarify this. The US simply requires you to file taxes on foreign income over a certain threshold. This is a good thing. If Nigeria was similar perhaps we would have developed more than we have.

(4) Only an exceptional child would be able to file for his parents at 21. He would need a co sponsor for his I864.

If the parents are not legal residents then yeah some get deported, some leave voluntarily. I agree with you about metropolitan city people who look down on more rural people. They often think they are more sophisticated.

I got the same account I was talking about earlier and it was one of the questions. I just replicated it. I selected no for citizenship and this was the result.

Very few banks let people open accounts anymore.
It's easier if you open for US citizen baby or you were there before for school etc.

They are mostly Afghans etc in France. UK does random checks on trucks. Many truck drivers have no idea people are in their trucks.
Border patrol at UK end do CO2 gas checks to fish them out. Sometimes immigrants are hidden in false compartments.
It's really crazy.

To put it kindly, he is playing to the motivations of his electoral base amongst other suspect reasons. Mexicans take advantage of the system because America has refused to provide a sensible pathway for them to come here and take up the jobs that U.S. citizens do not want to do. These jobs are here and plentiful. This is why most Mexicans come, to work and feed their families. Most will prefer to work here, make money and go back home if they know they can easily come back again. Americans are fine with them working here but do not want them gaining citizenship and certainly not voting. If there are no jobs, they will not come.

There is this unspoken fear of the browning out of America..... just like the whitening out of America happened 200 years ago. Europeans certainly abused the liberal immigration policies of the Native Americans and are scared of history repeating itself.

Even undocumented and illegals can open a bank account, they get individual taxpayer identification number ITIN from the IRS. Green card holders open bank accounts, people on student visas open back accounts, temporary workers H1B visas open back accounts. Small banks, big banks, credit unions all do it. Asking about citizenship is the law though.

However, I do know of a number of family members that opened a US bank account with just a visiting visa.

Not true.

There is a visa given to some Mexicans to take up those jobs. I can't remember the type of visa it is right now but it allows them go into the US and take up those jobs temporary...and most of those jobs deal with farming and construction.

Some of them will have to live in the US pending on the time their temporary work permit remains valid. Some of them even get it renewed if it's what their employers want.

Moreover, some of those Mexicans if not all end up having kids in the US and even if the parents are not granted green card throughout their temporary stay in the US, the US kids they give birth to will apply for their parents to obtain green cards when the kids eventually turns 21 years of age.

Yes, I read about that amnesty that was given then...I think it was during the years of 1983 or around that era...and it wasn't only Mexicans that benefited from it.

However, it didn't solve the high number of illegals immigrants that accumulated over time presently living in the US.

And so that is why Congress has been very skeptical of doing it again because the last one didn't control the rate of illegal immigrants from staying in the US.

Manual farm jobs are mostly done by Mexicans. Nobody else will do these jobs for the hourly rates that are paid. If farmers paid enough to attract citizens, their farm produce will be too expensive for both local consumption and export and there will be massive losses.The rate of illegal crossings was significantly down during the recession when there were fewer jobs and we actually started to see some illegals going back home. I have never met a Mexican who sits home and gets govt benefits. They all work hard for their living ... and taxes and SS are deducted from their paycheck.They will not see SS benefits since they are illegal so it's a plus to the system.

I would be a hypocrite if I was against immigration. I am just for legal immigration. There's absolutely numerous ways for people to live and work here legally.

My Wife is here, legally. My mother in law is here, legally.

In the bulk of the USA farming is overwhelming white and of German heritage (some Irish heritage also). There are a few niche areas for picking some things in California and I read something about Alabama. The same goes for dairy farms and cattle. Although of course in the right parts of Texas cattle work in equally white/hispanic. Commerical farming agriculture is highly advanced, not many employees per acre. Plenty of legal illegal immigrants from Spanish speaking countries get welfare benefits in the USA.
