yeah it wasn't specified but i think those eligible to sign the attestation form should also be eligible to write attestation letter

as for me I would recommend a senior colleague Or colleague from were u are working or might have work b4 because dey are more believable to know ur character dan ur lga chairman dat just met with u d first time
