autoreportsng can you clarify if it is 5 days, or 5 easy steps as I am inclined to believe the title is a bit misleading.

Second, does this accommodate for missing certificates, as I need to travel immediately I get back to Nigeria in a few days.

Yeah... There's a remita portal on the yellow card website.. And I took it to the port health office the same day, and got it the same day
