The fact is even samsong if not 100% assured of issueless complaints. Remember iPhone and samsong battery explosion. This is to tell you that nothing in this world is perfect.

not at all,it is working perfectly

the a3 pro now on pre sale at aliexpress, it seems their A series as less complaint so lets give the A3 Pro a trial guys. the umi company is only best at advertising they are not true of wht they said on paper based on user reviews on their product. in fact am scared of buying their phones. 37k no be small money oo.

I fully understand your plight....... When I initially bought an Umidigi device, it died on me within 20 minutes. I sent it back to China and bought another Umidigi device .......

Speak to Jumia and seek a resolution....... .
