We planned to give Food supplies to 50 aged person in a community, I am not asking for clothes, holiday tickets or house, all i am asking for is food items and some other basic items, food is very important, remember an hungry man is an angry man, please lets do this together.

The proposed date for the project is 15th of December, so it means all donation must be in before 12th latest.

Since we are giving 50 person a love pack each, we would be needing the following items,
2 ½ bags of Rice.
3 bags of Garri
25 litres Vegetable Oil
A carton of Seasoning cube
2 bags of 500g Sachet salt
2 Carton of Toothpaste
2 Carton of Bar Soap

A love pack would contain
Rice: 3½ Derica
Garri: 1 Rubber Paint
Vegetable Oil: 0.5 litre
Seasoning Cube: A sachet (25 cubes)
Salt: 500g Sachet
Toothpaste: 1 (140g)
Bar soap: 2 pieces

However, if the item(s) you wish to donate is not listed above please feel free to donate it, we intend to add more items to the above. If you give us live chicken, beans, Semovita, Sugar etc we will take it and add it to the love pack, if God has blessed you greatly, why not bless other people out of what God has blessed you with, whatever you want to give is highly welcomed.

I tracked my follicles and found out that I had a dominant growing follicles of 1.8cm on day 8th, 1.85cm @ day 10 and @ day 16 of a 26days cycle I had a follicle of 2.4cm. this meant that I ovulated later than I thought. now my prob is period came today which is the day its to come however, it came early hours of the morning flowed a little and stopped. I have done all hormonal test and they came out OK.

has anybody experienced this?

It could be that you were just producing the eggs but you are not releasing them. It's is called luteinezed unruptured follicle syndrome. I have been experiencing it for a long time but I didn't know because my progesterone always showed that i ovulate but a consultant did follicular tracking for me in august and as at day 16 I had 2 follicles about 2.9cm each on each ovary and my cycle length is 26 -27 days. The man told me the only way out was ro go for trigger injection.

After i aborted the pregnancy i cut off d relationship btwn me and d guy.Fast forward to 2016 i did my introduction and his family were after pregnancy before wedding. we started ttc journey from July 2016, till now nothing good has happened. during course of trying my sis-inlaw called me that she will never make the wedding happen( that was after introduction and after our wedding date had been picked ),She also called me to her house that incase i heard it that my husband has another wife outside our marriage that is better we quite the wedding. Later me and my husband went to hospital we ran series of test in which all my result was ok .but doctor always ask me to escuse him and my husband i dont no what they discussed. we decided to go to register in goverment hospital and we were ask to repeat some test except hsg test,i did and my husband did as well, wot amazed me again is that it was d former doctor we met at my first private hospital we saw and he did the same thing as usuall asked me to escuse him and my husband moreso scan detected that i had PID and he told me not to worry about it. Am Scared i dont no what to do.our TTC joirney is going to 3yrs now and am scared of my sis -inlaw.

Good day to you mama's I have a goodnews about staphylococcus when I tested positive to it in June I really felt so bad because I've seen reviews on how stubborn staph can be to treat dh and I started with our treatment of rocephine injection and antibiotics after that we went to test again after one month still moderate growth I was really angry so doctor gave us another prescription which was cozima 325 Lo and behold I went to repeat my test last week and it was gone

my dear your husband needs to do more advanced test. ask him to do a scrotal dobbler test to know y he is not producing any sperm it could be as a result of varicocele known as varicose veins. this happens when there is a shortage of blood flow in the scrotum hence it affects the production of sperm. my husband has this issue but his was low sperm count. but with the drugs he is on now we are seeing visible improvements. also know that if this be dh problem he will have to under go a minor surgery. I don't know your location but if you can try the teaching hospital there where you have urologist that can help guide you guys. don't worry there is hope. and your babies will come just guide your husband in love and you will overcome.
my dh is yet to do the surgery cos no booking space yet. outside the teaching hospital the surgery is quite expensive.
