Super Eagles starting XI vs Uganda... Official.... Chukwueze starts as RW... His NT debut. Osimhen starts as CF... His first NT start. Ogu pairs Ajayi in Central defence. Idowu as RB, Collins as LB. Agu as DM, Etebo as CM (in double pivot with Agu but with the freedom to roam the midfield and Mark while Agu sits). Iwobi as AM. Musa is captain and plays LW. I like that attack.

Musa Accepts Ref Gassama’s Apology For Disallowed Goals Vs Bafana By Adeboye Amosu: Nigeria winger, Ahmed Musa, says he has forgiven Gambian referee, Bakary Gassama after his errors cost the Super Eagles two goals, and a win in last Saturday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa, reports Completesportsnigeria.com. Gassama and his assistants chalked off two Nigeria goals for offside but replays showed otherwise. EXPOSED!! The secret asian tonic that will regrow your hair In the first half of the encounter, Musa thought to have assisted a Kelechi Iheanacho goal but saw it flagged for offside while the Al Nassr man, with few minutes left in the tie, ran onto Alex Iwobi’s incisive pass to score what would have been the winner in a 1-1 game, but again was met by Gambian official’s disapproval. After the clash at the FNB Stadium Johannesburg, the Super Eagles skipper took to the social media to question the calls, also poking at CAF. The referee, however, apologised to Musa and Nigeria for the mistakes and the forward has waved off the incidents, stressing that their qualification for AFCON has made up for the unpopular decisions. “I will say that it was good that he realized his mistakes and apologized for his action and it is past tense for me,” Musa told reporters in Asaba ahead of the Super Eagles’ friendly encounter against the Cranes of Uganda. “The major thing is that we have qualified for Afcon for the first time since 2013 and we are delighted about that. I don’t see any big deal about that because our emphasis was on playing at the Africa Cup of Nations and now that we have qualified, we are relieved. “I am not worried that I was not able to score because we didn’t lose and we have got our heart desires with the ticket to Cameroon. We know that it is time now for serious preparations and that is what we are after now Source : Complete sports |

TheSuperNerd:@ South Africa vs Paraguay during the 2002 world cup, the match ended either 1-0 in favor of South Africa or 1-1 I sha know Nomvethe scored off a corner kick, and Nigeria vs Germany was 1997/1998 in preparation for the 1998 World Cup that was my first time of watching Ike Shorunmu and he made lots of saves |

Ahhh noooo... SA vs Paraguay at Korea/Japan? I believe it was 2-2. SA didn't win that game. I remember the funny celebration of Jomo Sono their coach... Looolll And yes, thank you. I just don't recall the year we lost to Germany but I just know I have seen the clip and lost 1-0. Thanks for the recollection. jihday: |

Everton youngster Ademola Lookman pledges future to England following heavy interest from Nigeria By Dominic King for the Daily Mail 22:30 GMT 19 Nov 2018, updated 22:30 GMT 19 Nov 2018 Ademola Lookman will have a big role to play for England Under-21s at Euro 2019 But the Everton man has been the subject of concerted interest from Nigeria Football Association have been aware of Nigeria's interest in him for some time Aidy Boothroyd has been assured Lookman is committed to playing for England Ademola Lookman has pledged his future to England after holding face-to-face talks with Under-21 head coach Aidy Boothroyd over persistent stories linking him to Nigeria. The Everton winger was part of the Under-20 squad that won the World Cup in 2017 and he will have a significant role to play for the Under-21s next summer in Italy, as they bid to build on their promise and win Euro 2019. However, Lookman has been the subject of concerted interest from Nigeria, whose manager Gernot Rohr is preparing for next summer's Africa Cup of Nations and said three weeks ago that he 'wanted to change his mind so he can play for us as he will add something to our team Everton's Ademola Lookman has pledged his future to England following interest from Nigeria Lookman held talks with Aidy Boothroyd, reassuring him of his commitment to England Lookman held talks with Aidy Boothroyd, reassuring him of his commitment to england 'We're confident in the ability that we've got': England Under 21 striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin believes his side can handle pressure at Euro 2019 Preparation is key! Jordan Pickford has list of Croatian penalty takers and their likely direction written on water bottle Everton Under-23s brave the elements as they sleep out at Goodison Park to raise awareness and funds to help combat homelessness in Liverpool Neymar hopes to act as a mentor to fellow Brazilian Richarlison both on and off the pitch as the Everton midfielder continues his development The Football Association have been aware of Nigeria's interest in him for some time but Boothroyd spoke with Lookman, 21, at St George's Park last week and has been assured that he is committed to representing England. 'Every time I see him I have a little joke with him about it,' said Boothroyd, whose side face Denmark in a friendly on Tuesday evening. 'I say: "Why would you want to leave us?" 'But he's very focused on England – that's what he tells me. He says he wants to play international football for England.' Lookman has endured a difficult year. His heart was set on a move to Germany to join RB Leipzig but Everton refused to do business and he found himself out of Marco Silva's team, but the last month has seen an upturn in his form. 'He's had a tough time of it, but he's been better recently,' said Boothroyd. 'He got himself into a state over summer when he didn't know where he would be playing or if he would be moving or not. Now he has just got his head around the fact that wherever it is he is playing, he has to play well. 'He has told himself "I just have to focus on me" which is right. When you look at Dominic Solanke, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Tammy Abraham, Reiss Nelson, Ryan Sessegnon and Ademola, we have some real attacking talent.' Courtesy; dailymail |

Oyenkuru should have started the Match instead of Musa for God's sake! How does Rohr want him to feel?! That he's not trusted enough?! If Chuks can make the Team and Onyekuru can't make it - for a Friendly Match, then it's apparent Rohr doesn't rate him. I was hoping to see him and Chuks on the Flanks, slaughtering anyone on their way with their mesmerizing Skills, but Rohr has denied me why Hope! |
