1. No I mean April 2019. Just got the job last month. I need the 6 months to be able to claim 3 years.

2. Ordered gcms twice. No issue flagged. Notes from CIO are fine. AVO has not touched my file since they received it in MAY!

3. My reason for worry is that AVO is frustrating. They don't touch your files for months. When they do; they may invite for interview (and I feel I may be interviewed cos my job was from 5 years ago and cash payment). Getting an interview date can take another 2 months or more. Even after the interview, PPR may take months to come.

Already my medicals expires in February and I'm likely to redo. My IELTS expires in June.

If by March AVO is still as they are, i intend withdrawing my application and reapplying with more recent work experiences which I can back up with evidence of salary via bank.

AVO is not an easy place to be.
Please don't withdraw. You're almost there.
Wait it out, they can't sleep forever. One day one day, they will treat your file

Hello FAM! Pls i uploaded my Nigerian PCC cert without the finger prints. Am i in trouble?? Plssss what should do now?
You are not in any type of trouble. What was clearly stated was police character certificate. The most important part is the certificate, you can decide to put the biometrics or not

My brother/sister, you sound educated (at least from your posts). But this thing you've been doing reeks of sheer bitterness! Why do you feel the need to drag people into whatever cesspit you are in? Is that really necessary? If people desire to leave Nigeria, by all means leave them be! It's their prerogative. But no. You won't. You want to show your folly & ignorance. May GOD have mercy on you. And yes, IT WILL END IN PRAISE, even for you!
The thing is being religious on this get as e be but it is because here is not okay for some people. And we sound religious when sth is beyond us.

However, being born in Nigeria is same thing as going to Canada. Na come everybody come into this world. For Nigeria to improve, quality leadership needs to come on board and laws implemented. Well, right now, there is no tunnel let alone a light at the end of it.

Some people still make millions in here but many are languishing and Canada doesn't give all the millions but quality services and facilities might be there. You go still work for works and spend.

Good morning house. Please i need advise on application for express entry.

I am married no kids, age 30, i have a masters degree and 6 years working experience. when i put in my info on CRS calculator my score is 473 without my husband accompanying me, and 453 if he does without English proficiency exams but includes his BSc. My questions are

1. Can i apply alone and later include my husband before living Nigeria?
2. If i have to include him, is it a must he writes language test?
3. For reference letter, do they call the number on the company's letter head?
4. When i resign from my current work my gratuity and pension covers the funds required. how do i go about POF?

NB: Please kindly advise on best options, regardless of my questions above.

Thanks

Before ITA, I had 2 work experiences. A past employment of about 5 years ago which I used and included reference letter. My application is based on this NOC.

I also have another past experience of 2yrs and 6months which I put in my personal history. This one is more recent and has bank evidence of salary paid but I couldn't use it cos I needed 3 years to get higher points.
Now, my current employment will be 6 months in April 2019 and salary is also via bank.

Mr Zutlin - the employment you claimed points for whether na 9 years ago as long as its withing the last 10 years.

The main question is this - was that employment you calimed points for up to the required number of years you said you had.

NOTE what you put in Personal history is not added up - So lets have it as it is to offer guidance appropriately. Cos you fear shows there is really something fishy - IMO - and I might be wrong.

What exactly is the issue with the employment you put in the AVO - submitted application

1. Can i apply alone and later include my husband before living Nigeria? No think am. You have a beautiful chance of getting ITA with your husband. Aren't you married already? You said your score without IELTS is 453. Wetin you dey find again?
2. If i have to include him, is it a must he writes language test? NO. Except you need the extra points from him, which isn't the case with the scores you said you got.
3. For reference letter, do they call the number on the company's letter head? Sometimes. Not in all cases.
4. When i resign from my current work my gratuity and pension covers the funds required. how do i go about POF? You are a bigz geh. Nothing do you. Ensure that you have access to the funds and you can prove that with the reference letters you will submit.

Finally, READ PAGE 1. Every info you need is there.

Let me answer the ones I can.
1. @453, you are good to apply now with your husband plus it is not compulsory for him to write ielts.
2. Am not sure of the reference letter phone number but I know they verify the authenticity of reference letters
3. If you can get a letter stating that u have access to all or a percentage upon resignation, then u can also use it as POF

What exactly is the issue with the employment you put in the AVO - submitted application

I can only assume you don't know about AVO. If you belonged to a VO where many people are about 1year post AOR and interview dates takes 4 months to receive, you would understand why I feel the need to withdraw and try again before my IELTS expires. If you belong to a VO where even after one has done both interview and DNA testing and passed all since 3 months ago yet there's nothing but deafening silence from Accra, you would understand how serious the matter is.

If you belonged to AVO and you're over 6 months yet your file has not being touched and those with AOR before you have being told by the VO to look forward to early 2019, you will definitely become as restless as I am.

From my tone it's clear that I'm down at the moment. If you can't be helpful or comforting, please just let me be rather that make annoying assertions.

The world is an ecosystem. Everything and everybody is in it. The sad irony is that, 9ja system doesn't help or like you but unhappy to see you leave.

Again, People should know that being in Canada requires efforts and financial discipline.

Landing only doesn't make you eto$.

Your initial post sounded as though you had uncertainities with entries regarding the duration of your employment hence your fear and wanting to abort your application.
Once again i did not mean to upset you further bro

Your IELTS is locked up after eAPR Submission - so no worries

Medicals if it expires that you can re-do

I have read and heard the issues with AVO and i cant assume i know what you are going through but oribibe ko ni ogun ori fifo - cutting head is no cure for headache.

Just hang in there my brother. I dont mean to offend you as you can see if you open heartedly read my comment.

Please hang in there I know you maybe plan to leave before certain days but how sure are you it wont come back to AVO.

Its tough i agree but please hang in there
