Currently using same device as you. Yh, I guess so but you'll have to use a paid service like FunkyHuawei or DcUnlocker to get your bootloader unlock code.
But officially huawei abi honor(all na same thing) no send again.

Seems you bought the chinese variant too??

I think the note 5 performs better than the note 6 pro in terns of display, that's according to reviews because I haven't tested both side by side. Also the Note 5 will get Android P, that's certain, and I don't think it's getting less support from miui, the reverse is actually the case.

There's no chance it will remain on Oreo, it is billed to receive android P same with the Note 6 pro
