I must say these people are very good election campaigners. Tell SS that you're planning to build a port, right before elections, and like dutiful idiots we'll swallow the bait and vote for them.

Like 2nd Niger bridge, or dredging the Niger, this one will stall for about 10-15 years, if ever completed.

Have bothered to check the haulage distance between Aba and Calaber on one hand and between Aba and Onne on the other hand?.Which importer will not want to cut haulage cost?
