What happened 2 the other allocations received by Abia during his tenure cause there is no trace of them anywhere..no infastructure..workers and state civil servants living in squalor..dilapidated hospitals grass-ridden ministries,creaking government house...damn this investigation is long overdue...infact there is no reason to go 2 court for trial with this criminal,the facts are glaring
