Good. It should be privatised and whoever has the ability to buy should buy. Enough of the govt killing this country through NNPC. |

Saraki would buy NNPC if Atiku wins. Mark my words. |

NNPC should be sold, and you would see modular refineries spring up in all 36 states.. |

The fact that Atiku has the balls to sell the corrupt NNPC is enough to make sensible people vote for him. Selling the NNPC would solve A LOT of Nigeria's current problems, believe that. Just look at NITEL, and you'll understand Nigeria's problems. When the monopoly was broken, what happened to NITEL? It was given a FREE GSM license (MTEL) when others had to pay $261m for GSM licence way back in 2001. Yet what happened to MTEL and where is it today? Anything run by government in Nigeria is a joke. Next to that is anything run by NIGERIANS. NNPC should not only be sold, but should be sold to a reputable GLOBALLY RECOGNISED company. I don't want any useless Nigerian company or a shady unknown 'foreign' company with Nigerian shadowy controllers to buy it. |

Vatsyayana:Except Saraki is fronting for Atiku or they are both in partnership. Atiku wants to buy NNPC for himself and nobody can stop him if he's elected president. |

Magalan:As you can deduce, these are private ventures and are not compelled to publicise their progress. |
