A 14-year-old student of Bedrock Intl School, Azikoro, Bayelsa State, has been arrested for robbing a lady of her phone after attacking her with a cutlass.

The incident occurred today and the suspect identified as Ayibaye Julius, was nabbed by members of the Bayelsa State Vigilante Service.
