So if you are going through any form of depression...I don't care what caused it...I just want you to know it is possible to conquer it....Books didn't help, forgiveness on my own accord didn't help, finding other things that gives me joy didn't help...You know what helped me...Knowing God better, loving him better and submitting to him...He took away the pain gave me inner peace and joy, removed bitterness from my life and I forgave. Friends this is the 1 week and a day I have accepted him and within this week I had no depression...It is a continual renewal process...it is possible... I am positive I will count years to this in Christ Jesus

May your healing grow and become permanent. What you have achieved so far is impressive.
I pray you continue to have people around you that can help you heal and may you be shielded from the abundance of morons that exists all around especially on several online fora.

What is wrong with my post? Did I defend rapists in the post? You want penalty for rapists (eg death penalty) but you don't want a penalty for women who falsely accuse men of rape ? Do you know the dangers ,Trauma and stigmatization attached to being labeled a rapist and then the accusation turns out to be fake ?

I honestly wish there are better equipments like foresenic tests labs and DNA test labs in Nigeria instead of those useless half baked doctors reports that can be made up.
