If you want to run God of war smoothly you will need to tune the PPSSPP settings tho your phone's specifications also determines how it's gonna run

What do you mean by display. Do you meant your psp is unable to read your memory card?

Did you Hacker YOUR psp? If so then you need to track it again since it might be because you have tampered with some hack files

Yes it can be hacked from firmware 3.60-3.68. only the latest 3.69 can't be hacked
