Haunty........ In summarization......

If you buy a leasehold property, it's simply an upgraded version of a rent, with a big financial payment for the term of the lease....... You would also be charged for maintenance etc etc, by the management agents or leaseholder

Interest only mortgage payment - You apply for a £200,000 mortgage, the interest on the mortgage loan is £120,000, total £320,000...

At the end of your mortgage term, let's say 25 years, you have only paid the interest on the mortgage and not the capital. So in essence, at the end of 25 years, the capital is now payable. Now your dilemma, you would have to sell the property to pay the remaining capital or apply for another loan........

I hope with this few points of mine, both concepts are now slightly clearer?

Hand drier? If you feel you might need the hand drier (is it an industrial drier)?

My thinking of hand driers, are portable devices...

Interest only mortgages are for investment purposes. In layman terms, if you pay the lower interest rates for few years and the house has appreciated a bit, you sell and hop on another one. It is not advisable to have it for your main house. Lexusgs430 you know this na...sebi you have about 5 interest only mortgages.

Some people buy it as their main and only house, on interest free mortgage, hoping to upgrade much sooner than later and it never happens .......

Yes, a portable one. I always make use of it for my hair. I just want to be sure whether to add it to my bag or not
