Supervise sales and other store personnel and ensure that they comply with company policies, procedures and security checks
Educate customers about warranties and guarantees of sold pieces and ensure that all documentation is included with the bagged product
Ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
Ascertain that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage places at the end of the day
.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
Minimum of HND, B.Sc or equivalent degree
4years work experience as a sales/ store assistant, customer service or sales representative
Must possess basic accounting/ bookkeeping knowledge
Must possess basic IT/ Computer skills

SALARY: 100,000- 120,000 per month. Salary will depend on experience
