If you write short stories, you'd know there is almost no title that doesn't exist already. After racking my brain for the tittle of a short story, I settled for "The God that Never Was" only to google it and find several things. I was disappointed but I learnt that day that nothing is really new. It could have been a coincidence.

Let's even leave the fact that you cannot copyright book titles. You can't even copyright an idea.

The woman just wants to trend. Nora Roberts (even though I don't read her books) is a far more accomplished writer than what's-her-name Adeyemi. Ms Adeyemi should come back after she has sold 400 million books. She has of course killed any plan for a formal publishing career with this insipid action.

Tomi might have made a mistake but she has definitely not killed her career. This is her first book and it has already been optioned for a movie and was number one the New York Times best-selling list. I actually regretted reading the book because I'll now have to wait for the second book. So you can't blame her for thinking Nora wanted to ride on her book's success.
