Since it's online it could be html5 and javascript, I have worked on a project like this though my was not as good as this because am still up coming.
This days if u know html5 and javascript u can create just about any game.
Maybe I will launch a pocket girlfriend game I did javascript.

smh. who says you cant use java or kotlin to build the ui and logic with webrtc/websockets or polling to connect the clients？

i never said u can't use Java or Kotlin or whatever to build the ui am just saying since its online the ui and logic could easily be built with html5 and Javascript. Don't come n do oversabi for me everybody na king for him lane.

Yes I said definitely, but that doesn't mean u cant use Java to do the ui. I will go n modify my comment if it will make u happy.

pls there are few questions i want to ask about html5 apps, i developed one using phone gap and its completely offline. Now am working on one, i one to include php and i want it to be able to go online. I dnt know how to convert it to app pls i need help

I don't get ur question though, but to make ur work online u need to host it in a server, u can try 000webhost.com for free hosting
