komekn:U re really scared of Chukwueze scoring, taking all these precautions 1st-Flanagan being a shadow of his former self 2nd-Tiredness. Bro. just admit that the boy is good and stop comparing him with Umar who couldn't get SE call- up with his exploits in Eredivisie. We re talking of Chukwueze a LA liga player. |

Game over 0-0 Chukwueze came on and just not enough time to show anything. He had One very good shot on goal, but then I expected him to finish off Flanagan, but Flanagan actually skilled him and took the ball off him on one occasion. But he did get him back with good skill and got him yellow carded with trickery. Extremely disappointed with Villareal a La Liga team. Rangers would be flogged comprehensively by Fulham bottom of the EPL. I expect expected them to win comprehensively and not struggle. For a whole half Rangers were down unjustifiably to 10 men and Villareal could not take advantage. Rangers would definitely struggle with the top half of the Championship. |

Oboy Chukwueze was interesting playing just behind the striker(AM) in his cameo appearance against Rangers, though cameos can be deceptive |

EEGA:Did you watch the game❓ Rangers are technically inferior to Villarreal and half to compensate with harder work rate and pressing. This is obvious, any time a team is down to 10 men they have to work way harder and are at a clear Disadvantage. This is not about Chukwueze but the whole team. And it's an indictment on the Lower segment of La Liga. That they couldn't finish off Rangers. I watched the whole game not just Chukwueze. On your comment. I have never compared himas a player to Umar. I really expected him to score, l expected him to start but none of that happened. |

andrew444:Last time after beating Real Betis...the commentator said the way they play does not fit their current position in La Liga....i think their problem is a quality striker....every other department is solid...just a predator in the box is what they need |

andrew444:One question but you will never be able to answer it. Show me where l hyped Solanke, that's all please❓ Or it means you lack integrity, unless you have created your own personal definition of Hype. So do you think it's unfair to expect Villareal in the mighty La Liga to beat Rangers over the two legs. particularly a Rangers that was down to 10 men. How do you watch football ❓ ❓ I was and still am dissapointed in the performance of Villareal. I expected much more. Maybe La Liga is loosing it's superiority in European football❓ |

Nigeria’s youth national team coach, Paul Aigbogun has been forced to put aside some former Golden Eaglets players being considered for his squad to next month’s West African Football Union (WAFU) U-20 Cup of Nations, because the organisers termed them ‘under-aged.’ |

komekn:3 things to say Nacho Vs Solanke must be considered as hype o. U compared a full professional to a youth team star/ first team sanitation engineer ![]() @ Bolded, I wanted to ask u the same thing because countless times we have seen teams win with 10 men on the pitch. In fact some teams play better when reduced a man. Btw Isaac Success signs new 5 year contract with Watford, any comments? |

This is another evidence that a striker does not have to score goals to help his team. How many goals has the beast scored in the past 2 years? But yet..... Isaac Success: Watford forward signs new five-year deal 29 November 2018 Nigeria forward Isaac Success has signed a new five-year contract with Watford to keep him at the Premier League club until 2023. The 22-year-old moved to Vicarage Road from Spanish side Granada in July 2016 and has since gone on to make 35 appearances for the Hornets. He spent the the second half of the 2017-18 season on loan to Malaga but has scored three goals in all competitions this term for Watford. Success has won four caps for Nigeria. "This is a just reward for Isaac's continued hard work and application this season," said Watford chairman Scott Duxbury. "We look forward to seeing him develop further over the coming years." Watford manager Javi Gracia signed a new four-and-a-half-year contract on Wednesday. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/46390443 |

BascoVanVeli:I will reiterate my opinion to be clear as a clear No.9 leading the front point man STRIKER, I rate Solanke higher than KC. That's not hype, that's just matter of fact, the same way l rate Rangers journey man striker Kyle Lafferty higher. In effect what I am saying is that KC is not striker. If that's your definition of Hype then you have created your own version of the English language. Rangers is in the Scottish premier league 20 places below La Liga. Rangers will struggle in English league one. When a team like Rangers is down to 10 men against a La Liga team it should be game over. If Watford want to keep a striker they paid £12.5 million for three season ago who has scored 2 goals after 30 games in the EPL. That's entirely thier business that's thier standard. |

BascoVanVeli:This is good news for Isaac success ,even the coach signing a new deal shows the coach will help him a lot Somebody is calling him a waste man ,a waste man has just won a contract till 2023 |

komekn:The convos we had were never about being a striker or not. They were about who was better. Remember u even cooked up fake cup goals for Solanke Keep your hands off that goal post!!So now u want to say Watford don't know what they are doing abi? How about u never knew what u were talking about in the first place. Watch football don't just look at stats, they only tell a piece of the story |

| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by komekn(m): 10:24am On Nov 30, 2018 |
BascoVanVeli:I didn't cook up fake goals in the plural I in error added one goal to his Solanke tally, no biggie. I notice that you are mamupulatively selective as you choose not to into enter the discourse the comparison l made with Tega Abrahams, and other strikers with KC ❓Why Solanke alone❓ When the text is taken out of context it becomes a CON. But you can not discard the terms of comparison, you must keep matters in context. Which is simply that KC is not a true number 9 and it is in that context the comparison is made between KC and Solanke and other strikers. How can you compare two things that are different. How many times have clubs paid insane money for players and discovered it's a big mistake. The big clubs can write it off, but not the smaller ones. So clubs like Watford, Leicester, etc will persevere they simply can not afford not too. If after three seasons you are waiting for a 22 year old player to develop. Will you must have a lot of time or few choices. |
