Good Riddance!

Cameroon only got the right because of Issa Hayatou with no infrastructure to show for. While likes of Nigeria with enough facilities were repeatedly denied the opportunity

I pity Clearance Seedorf who was banking on home advantage to win the Cup, now he has to prove his mettle on a neutral ground cheesy

It was never certain that they would host it. They were always tentative hosts.
This was why they were made to participate in the qualifiers.
I'm sure CAF always had a plan B. I'm guessing Morocco.

They are not member of African Union and the last time opportunity was given them ,they refused to host the it , claiming Ebola

This is very bad and shamepul. I'm expected South Africa or Egyptian to host the trophy.

Cameroon had already complained that the sudden increase in the number of teams from 16 to 24 after hosting rights had been given was going to be a problem for them. They complained 2 years ago. CAF should have acted then.

how many standard stadiums do we have in nigeria? We re no longer giant o..

One only needs four venues to host AFCON. right now we have got Teslim Balogun , Uyo , Nnamdi Azikiwe , and Ahmedu Bello Stadia ready to host any of such competitions, the only challenges would come in Logistics like, accommodation, Transportation and rest

On security CIVILIAN JTF and association of local hunters and Vigilante shocked

can help us with that.

On Transportation, we have enough KEKE MARUWA to ferry them...case closed cool

No way, we can't host it and allow Cameroon to come and collect the cup like they did in year 2000. Of Cameroon cannot host it successfully, then they should be given a 10-year ban. There has to be consequences for misbehavior and disappointent of this magnitude. They are dropping out because they hate to host and not win it.... THEY MUST HOST IT AND NIGERIA WILL LIFT THAT CUP IN YAOUNDE!

I can't see any consequences here.

It was CAF that chose to withdraw the hosting right, Cameroon didn't opt out . They still maintain their ability to host until CAF decided otherwise. so in such case you can't penalize them

It's not Awoof. The truth is that they have the infrastructure and good pitches to successfully host the AFCON. All the stadiums that hosted the 2010 world cup are still in perfect condition because of their good management system . So if CAF eventually give it to SA, its because they deserve it.
