COMPAQ: We are still the giant of Africa. First, we are still Africa's most populated country. Second, we are still Africa's most influential country, in terms of political influence. We are the big brother of Africa. The only place we have dropped is wealth. In the 60s, we were the wealthiest black nation on earth. However, in general, we are still the Big Brother. |

Morocco should even be happy that they got their 2017 and 2019 ban rescinded. Though we have very little options than to accept Morocco's offer to bail d continent out...but if there is a way outta it...I would prefer South Africa... My reasons: 1. Morocco has opted out of AU...so why do they want to host d countries under AU? 2. Morocco turned other African countries back the last time they were given d hosting right because of d Ebola virus...at d end of d day, it was hosted without any bad news by Equatorial Guinea...to me, it's simply prejudice towards sub-Saharan African countries. 3. The annoying green and laser lights they (North Africans) shine at Goalkeeper eyes, d lighting of flares during games that makes d entire screen foggy, and their negative antics on and off d pitch when things aren't going their way. I hate it when we go to those North African countries to play any match, be it national or club. They just want to use d hosting of d next Nations Cup to compensate themselves for losing out on their World Cup bid 2 Likes |
