But then Hong Kong is China.. Moreso the global version is launched under a different name "5.1 plus". I have seen videos, some with x5 others with 5.1 plus on the box.so if they say its x5, it's probably the Chinese version. Who knows it might come with playstore cos the Nokia 6 China version kinda came with playstore. The xda conversion guide isn't difficult to follow. You probably can find the global version on Ali express but it's probably pricey compared to what the store on jumia is offering

It was actually launched in India... X5 was what was
launched in china. We'll know when one of us gets it. I also ordered for one last week.

I'd advice you to pick another seller with dope reviews. X5 is now available in Nigeria on Jumia though

bro like dis you hold the key of x5 to us because I was thinking of using AliExpress it's Expensive and takes about 22-30 days to arrive via post office and DHL is extra $33 ,so if this jumia deal works out i'll get mine from them.

nokia 5.1plus on jumia express is 70k and nokia x5 on jumia global is 50k.anyway when the guy that ordered the x5 gives his mini review we will all know if having the international android one version or the chinese version makes any big difference

yea but the x5 and 5.1plus on jumia are both the 3/32 gb variant

It was Jumia global but I got it pretty quick.... I think a week tops.

Nokia 6.1 plus working perfectly, immediately I put it on, it automatically upgrade itself to Android Pie, got the latest November security yesterday as well.
Am not a camera person tho, so am o.k with any camera.
But one negative feedback about this phone is , it is very slippery even when u put in on a flat surface. Am waiting for my case tho.
But all in all, it's a good phone. I got a Nokia cos of the NOKIA ring tone crazy right.

Rename, reboot and install. Or just rename and use dialer method.
They released the update and withdrew it almost immediately.
Seems there's some bugs or not. Try your luck.

The software is poorly optimised

just got mine from jumia. it's the china version n haven't switched it on yet, there's a tutorial on XDA on how to flash the global version rom.
