Naruto fanboys intentionally overlooked the fact that a clone of kurama was left on the ground to gather as much sage chakra as possible to match Sasuke who only took part of each tailed beast chakra (because susanoo can't contain all) even kurama said that if he had not done that Naruto would have been blown away by Sasuke's attack. I think she was based on the elves from Lord of the Rings, which have a lifespan of more than 6000 years old. the anime is trying to incorporate most of the fantasy from DND lore, which is why the characters have aa limit on the amount of magic they can cast, the rate at which they learn new magic.
