I have a similar situation where I deposited 500000 to them on Monday last week through paystack and they are denying me access to perform transaction with my account. I have contacted their customer care agent and all she say is that we are sorry and we'll work on it soon. I have all the evidence of my transaction with them and I preparing my file case. It's easy for them to accept your deposit but hard to pay you back. Nonsense....

l think it has to do with bonus issue...were you given the 100% welcome bonus, if yes, have you fulfilled the terms and conditions associated with the welcome bonus?
