God bless you sir. When you highlighted countries that are doing well in the east you didn't put China, you might have done that deliberately because china is country in her own league. Whereas, some decades ago china were really struggling

Don't mind them

The Chinese have been able to lift over 600milliin people of there Nation
From abject poverty
To middle class

Nigerian's problem is leadership
And Nothing else

We have fertile farmlands
We have natural resources
We have human resources
The problem is irresponsible leadership
Of over 5 decades

Countries like Singapore, UAE, Qatar, even Saudi Arabia are living better than most of these Western countries
How many of there citizens are rushing like refugees as Nigerians

I am a well traveled man and I can tell you there is nothing special about the west.
That is the mindset I want our people to have
I have entered full time politics
And by God's grace in no distant time
Me and my crew will possess power
To start introducing mind blowing kind of development in our Nation
So my own children will have a better Nation
And don't tell me it is impossible
We are already in line

Not running away to become 4th class citizen

The Problem of Nigeria is it's people

Simple and short

Nigerians are amongst the most wicked people in the world, and I'm a well travelled man myself, living and interacting with different set of Africans undecided

Our destructive competitive tendencies, selfishness, neck deep nepotism amongst others are a few of many problems in your $hithole country

Innovation comes from the West, mostly; and that has kept them ahead of the rest of the world

Being an extractive country collecting royalties from resources beneath your feet in not a sign of a developed country

It's the innovation and value addition

And that is where China, Japan and South Korea are getting it right, and the middle eastern countries are getting it wrong (with the exception of Qatar)

China has sharper infrastructure than The USA, that's true

They have done so well for themselves but are not exactly there yet.

I saw their new plan for 2025 and if uts implementation is right, it will push them further ahead.....

But the USA is still on a class of its own nonetheless, even tho many will not like to admit it

The technology, wealth , R and D and military might still sets them apart

India and Nigeria are kinda similar. The only difference is the two things you mentioned.
Sure we need to evolve. My 14 days on Zwerl taught me how myopic Indians and Filipinos are.
They can't type English correctly, the don't know much things other than Medical related stuffs.

Generalisation isn't a good thing. You can simply say the ones you have had to relate with.

Someone who reads a random text online by a Nigerian could say the same about Nigerians in general. You'd be appalled when you read some posts on here.

Actually, people from the Philippines are sometimes treated as native English speakers in somewhat the same way as those from places like the U.S. and Australia on online writing marketplaces, such as Upwork.

The middle Eastern Nations are doing well
There is what you call competitive advantage in mapping out any Nations agenda

The Chinese are low cost manufacturing
The Germans hi technology
The Americans IT, global finance
The Arabs are leveraging on there oil wealth to diversify into services industry, tourism and investment. And they are doing well

Nigeria has fertile farmlands,
natural resources,
a huge population of human resources
Take for example electricity alone will improve productivity by 50percent. But the evil governments don't want that.
The gasses we flare in Niger Delta can light up the entire Africa. But they don't want to do that.
That's why we must effect real change

Brother we have farmland who stop our citizens from entering the bush and cultivate maize and reap harvest in three months. They will not do so majority are entitlement driven.

The major difference between us and other developed nation is ability to individually take personal responsibility for our life without waiting for any government or individual help.

Political leadership may not be able to solve all citizens problem but solve your own problem and I solve my own problem and when this is done we will half all problems solved

I wish you success in your quest for political power to solve our National problem

I totally agree with you. This country will only get better when we all play our roles diligently, get things done in the right way and stop waiting on the government to improve the country's situation in a holistic approach. Or else we never see anything oo.

The Chinese are setting the pace, this is why trump is trying to slow down their momentum with the trade war.
Chinese are a force to reckon with, from their growing military strength, to advancement in robotics and information technology(5G), engineering and infrastructure(glass bridges, ships, aircrafts, slow and bullet trains, airports, train stations, sky scrapers etc), economy(almost a cashless economy, thanks to Alipay and wechat), just to name a few

Let no one deceive you.

Pls can you help me explain how Express entry and Provincial nominee works?

Gullibility of Africans killed Ghadaffi. How market today for Libyans? The same thing is happening to us in Nigeria where we can't see that foreign powers won't ever wish us well. Once we get it right without their influence, their visa offices will close shop.

really but i wonder why dey av made it hard to get into their country unlike before upon their shakara if only naija n africa can be okay so many western countries will collapse. I am now seeing why ghadaffi had to die

Gadaffi is a loquacious, man nothing special about him.
We judge people on what they do not what they claim they will do.

Libya, like many countries in the Arab world, relies solely on oil.
Its redeeming feature is the small population.
If there are only 6 million people in Nigeria, Dubai will look like a joke to us.

I am just surprised at how people believe myths without serious thought.
If you make your own research like I did, you'll be well informed. Atleast access to the internet is quite cheap now, please do.

Concerning your other paragraph, man I don't even know what to make of that. Why do we always find an excuse for our failures ?
The fact you are seriously blaming population as the cause of our problems as a nation is beyond belief. I'm not even going to have this argument with you.
You couldnt even point out the corrupt system as the cause of this patch patch of a country.

Do you know how many people are in America?
Leave America. .whatof China? Billions.
Ok hold on, what should we do then? Kill of our citizens to reduce population before we can develop?
Is that what you are waiting for?
Start of by reforming child birth in the North. Because other tribes have lesser population, since you believe we are were we are because of over population angry .
