WES emailed and said my ECA report would be ready on the 19th of December, considering that time of the year I don't think there would be another draw until the middle of January 2019. my birthday is middle of January and that would see me lose 5 points in my EE profile and if that happens I just might be under the 440 threshold we've seen all through this year.

What are your thoughts? Please advise and thanks.

How did you come to the conclusion that there will be no draws till mid-January?
The decision is ultimately up to you, but I really don't think you should do it. For your own peace of mind.
The wait Post-AOR is painful enough when your application is all correct. Imagine your mental state when you know you cut corners.

All, I will say is this: DONT ALLOW ANYONE STOP YOU ON THIS JOURNEY. I AM NOT SAYING CANADA PROVIDES ALL OUR SOLUTIONS BUT IT IS AN OPTION. HAVING OPTIONS IS PART OF LIFE SO PLEASE GO FOR IT. ANOTHER THING I WOULD SAY IS "DO IT NOW" DONT DELAY. POLICIES CHANGE EVERYDAY AND THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT CAN CANCEL IT(GOD FORBID). US VISA LOTTERY IS GONE, UK TOO GONE, SCOTLAND GONE. NOW IT AUSTRALIA AND CANADA. QUEBEC IS REDUCING INTAKES BY 20% STARTING 2019. CANADA ELECTIONS TAKES PLACE NEXT YEAR. GINGER GUYS TO AVOID STORIES THAT TOUCH.

However, I just noticed that in the Ready for Visa Email I was asked to send my passport and photo to the visa office in New Delhi India. Most Nigerians I know were asked to send theirs to the Visa Office in Accra.
