Good morning fellow Nairalanders....
I started experiencing frequent urination while in secondary school( I'm now a University graduate)
I have done FBS: 79 mg/dl
I have the feeling to urinate after every one hour but I can delay to pee if I want
I don't experience painful urination
This frequent urination occurs during the day( I wake up just once at night to pee)
I'm not sexually-active
I'm 25 years old
Please what else should I do?

OK. After ruling out STD through test u can now go for kidney test

Not STD cos I'm not sexually-active.... It may be UTI

Weak bladder.... Do you feel pain during urination? Have you done a urinalysis? Overactive bladder?

Have you tried pelvic floor exercises?

That's one of the symptoms of HIV/AIDS

See a doctor, its most likely UTI. Since you are not sexually active

Most likely nothing is wrong with you esp since you've had it for a long time. I too have frequent urination compared to people around me and it's been like that since I can remember though not as frequent as yours. I thinks it's either a small bladder or sensitivity of the brain to detect bladder content and the discomfort we perceive. I can hold it for a long time but if toilet is available, then as frequent as necessary is fine. Do not take unnecessary medicines and if you are still worried, see a gynaecologist
