My advice, go immediately to a doctor for blood sugar test this is a sign of diabetes or Urinary Tract Infection.

Where do u base? If you are within Lagos, i will advice u to go to SCOAN. Once u step ur feet in That arena, my dear ur Problem is over.

Avoid self medication and see a doctor

Guess u go for sugar test,it might be diabetes or infection

Nothing is wrong with you. You respond to the urge every 1 hour, that's why you keep urinating.

I'll like to inform you that I used to urinate 15 times daily and I had no idea it was wrong. At night alone I'll wake up and urinate 6 times. Every effort to find medical solution failed, until I literally began to faint while walking.

One day, by chance, I bought unripe plantain and ate it. That night it reduced from 6 times to 3 (night) and 9 times to 5 (day). It was then I realized I had diabetes and I began eating unripe plantain everyday. These days, I urinate about 6 times daily, at most, last night I urinated only twice, sometimes once.

Just eat unripe plantain and you'll be fine.

It's normal, I do have the same frequent urge to urinate, especially after fluid. It is as a result of OAB -Over Active Bladder. You can research more about it and the cultures you need to adopt in order to control it.

Go for medical check up. Possibly, the doctor may ask you to do urine test. Am suspecting UTI(urinary tract infection). Dont be scared, its treatable. If you cant afford Doctor check up, try get cranberry supplement, it helps fight the bacteria. But i will insist on seeing Dr cos there maybe other issues you dont know.

You have the urge to urinate, but do you actually do?

I don't think something is really wrong with you because I too have been experiencing this frequent urination I have done many test all came out to be fine. Just go and see your doctor for possible test so that your mind can be at rest.

Oh my bad! I get it. I didn't take note of the point in bold. It's most likely frequency she has.
It's still a sign of bladder irritation

I see it bn more of psychological than real.
When u always think or beliv that u will soon feel like urinating, ur system will be activated towards dat and before u know it, u will start feeling pressed.

Some people have that problem. Like wen you want to embark on a long journey, you will be afraid that u will feel pressed in the middle of the journey and you will use the convenience to empty ur bladder. If eventually after few minutes of emptying ur bladder and the vehicle fail to move out, the fear will come again and u will see urself feeling pressed again. This is psychological issue.

If u keep repeatedly telling urself one thing, your system will accept it and behave in that direction.
If u keep telling urself that u are sick and begin to sit and act like a sick person, don't be surprised that it won't take time for u to fall sick.

Why i beliv that ur case is more of psychological is that u said that u can hold the urine for a long time. If u are really pressed in the natural way of it and especially as a woman, you will not be able to hold it for long.
Another advise; please empty ur bladder as soon as u feel pressed. Withholding it can cause UTI and other infections.
